I bought this machine for my business upgrading from a D680 that served us for 6 years. Unfortunately, this machine has been one problem after the other with hours on tech support as it limped along. Finally, tech support couldn't help and sent out a repairman who took the machine apart and new parts were ordered for a new machine. In the meantime, we are without a fax and copier. The machine is 60 days old and Canon would not take exchange it for a workable model. We are stuck with this $900 machine that doesn't work.
