The 36RSLX ductless mini-split system is a heating and cooling unit. This unit comes with a remote control (optional wall mounted wired thermostat available - scroll to the bottom on this page for more info) as a standard feature. This unit is precharged with the environment friendly R-410a refrigerant. No additional refrigerant is needed if the line set (scroll to the bottom on this page for a line set for this unit) is 49 feet in lenght or shorter. In addition to its high 14 SEER efficiency rating, the 36RSLX is only 9 in. high which makes it the smallest mini-split system in its category through out the industry.

The 36RSLX is popular where fresh air intake and high capacity is required like a restaurant or bar. They are also often suspended from a threaded rod and used in multiples to condition large warehouse spaces. They can not be installed on the wall.

It may be large in capacity, but in size they are still the most compact available. Overall height is 9 7/16 in. with the option of reducing this to a visible 5 7/8 in. when installed in a false ceiling. Fujitsu General's larger capacity ceiling-mounted air conditioners are elegant in design, quiet in operation and yet still pack a mighty cooling and heating punch.
