1939 World's Fair Westinghouse Ribbon

This is some type of ribbon from the 1939 World's Fair in New York. It simply says "Westinghouse World's Fair 1939." We're not really sure what this ribbon was used for. It measures about 12 1/2 inches long and is in nice condition with only light fraying to the ends.
