"This sensational old swirling flower pin is a unique trailing leaf design that was made in the 1940s or early 1950s. The swirled petals are slightly domed and have a luminous finish of polished and brushed satin gold. Notice that the design is not uniform as each petal is a different length. The pin has a designer signature on the back that I believe is JB and 12kt GF. It also has the original fine working gold filled safety clasp and gold filled bar. The pin is medium in size and is demure and unpretentious. It measures 1 5/8"" tall x 1 1/2"" wide. The face and edges of the pin are in pristine like new condition. Only the back has some fine swirls in the gold from handling. "
