This appears to be a Slovak double-sided reversible ceremonial ribbon from the late 1800's. It is from an organization in Anita, Pennsylvania. It has a celluloid banner with pendant of what is probably a Saint. The pin is broken off, but otherwise there is no major damage, just wear from use as pictured. Measures 6 inches long.
