Antique Czech or French Glass Bracelet w Dress Clips

"This antique bracelet and pair of dress clips is a very unusual old design. This set dates from the turn of the century and was made in either Czechoslovakia or France. The blooming bell flowers are metal with gold gilt, and each flower has old Bohemian oval glass beads in colors of yellow, blue, green, black and carnelian. All of the glass beads are wired to the frame backs. This set is in excellent unworn condition and all pieces are original with no alterations or imperfections. Their is some age to the old gold finishes. The bracelet chain is made of small round brass links and the bracelet is 7 1/4"" long. There are six gold metal bell flowers on the bracelet. Each flower is about 1"" long x 3/4"" wide. The dress clips are 2"" wide x 1 1/2"" tall. The set is not signed or marked that I can find. The dress clips could easily be converted to pierced or clip earrings, a task that I can do."
