"The exquisite gold detail on this bracelet is known as Taille d' Epargne which is French term for this type of gold engraving. This cuff bangle dates from the 1900-1915 era and is signed Dunn Bros. 1/20 10kt Gold Filled. The bracelet has Art Nouveau designs of leaves or swags that encompass the entire outside perimeter. It is hard to detect in the photos, but the engraving was done in two types of gold; yellow gold and rose gold. This bracelet is in very excellent condition. The exterior shows no signs of gold wear, scratches or dings. The cuff has the original fine working insert clasp and the original gold safety chain. The interior is polished gold and shows no signs of any damage, dings or major imperfections. The interior does have faint swirls from polishing and a couple of small light surface scratches that can only be seen under high magnification. The cuff measures 2 1/4"" wide across the inside and is 3/8"" wide. The bracelet is slightly oval in shape and lays nicely to the contour of a wrist. This piece is perfectly clean, pristine, and ready to wear. Comes shipped in gold silk pouch in a very nice gift box."
