"This exceptional antique carved Cinnabar Chinese ring was most likely made for a man, but it could be worn by either a man or woman. This all hand made design dates from the 1910-1920 era. The design is very large and prominent and the carved floral rectangular Cinnabar inset is 3/4"" tall x 1/2"" wide. The Cinnabar sits up in a braided copper frame and the wide sides of the ring band are finished with beautiful copper bead and scroll work. The ring band is solid copper as well, and it is adjustable to fit any size finger. The face of the ring overall is about 1"" long x 3/4"" wide. The inside is stamped China. The Cinnabar is in excellent condition with no chips, scuffs or other imperfections. The color of the Cinnabar is deep cinnamon red. The copper has been lightly polished to bring out the highlights while the recessed areas and the back still retain the old copper patina. This is truly a gorgeous heirloom piece that can be loved for many life time to come! This ring comes shipped in a nice crystal faceted ring box with a black velvet interior."
