Antique Silver Ring 1907 US Five Cent Coin

"If I had 100 of these rings, Im sure I could sell them all ! This is a very uncommon ring to find. It was all hand made, which took a lot of time and patience to do it right. The coin is a 1907 US silver Liberty nickel. The ring was not made in 1907, and based on the type of silver metal ring band with antique looking stamped patterns, the ring band dates from somewhere between the mid 1940s and the early 1960s. The Liberty nickel has been heated and arched into a prefect semi - dome. The back of the ring was not over heated and the impression on the back of the coin is preserved. The face of the nickel is very smooth and nearly blemish free. The Liberty lady is clearly visible, as well as all of the tiny little stars around the rim. The impression is not pristine- not in a collectors sense- because the coin has been stretched so the impression is a little bit distorted. It is a good clean coin with a silver content of 90%. This ring is not valued by the value of the coin, but rather by the uniqueness of the ring itself. The ring band is in very nice condition and can be adjusted from a size 5 to a size 8 1/2 . This ring can be worn by either a man or woman. "
