"This is an Art Nouveau Sterling Silver dainty friendship ring. It is a size 5 1/2. The inside of the band is stamped with the word Sterling and also a stamped Lion Head Crest for English sterling. The outside of the band as a two tone dark grey beaded background and a raised bright silver pattern. The pattern is vivid and bold and has extremely low wear. The interior of the band has a few tiny darkened age spots as well as the silver solder joint as this piece was hand made. The ring still retains an overall round shape but it is not perfectly round as this is how it was made. It is evident that is was rounded by hand to the trained eye. The band itself is 5/16"" wide, or just slightly over 1/4"". This is a great price on this very old ring !"
