"This stunning brooch and set Parure dates from the 1930's and dazzles in large pink and smokey crystals. The smokey crystals were made to look like old diamonds. The set was made in Austria but is not signed. It was most likely made as a Valentines Day or Wedding Day set. The brooch is a star burst design and is made of large chatons, all prong set in a gold plated heavy pot metal setting. Look at the back of the brooch and you can see how old and well made this brooch truly is. All of the crystals are high quality Austrian crystals and are original, present and clear. There are no imperfections or scratches on the stones or prongs. There is only very light wear to the gold metal on the back of the brooch. The brooch is 1 1/4"" wide and has the original fine working safety clasp. The earrings are large oval faceted pink crystals that dangle from the screw back posts with a medium pink chaton crystal on the top. The oval stones have gold foil open backs. The earrings are made of silver tone metal and are in excellent clean condition with only some very light wear to the gold foil backs. The earrings are 1"" long x 3/4"" wide. "
