Blue Cameo Brooch or Pin Antiqued Silver Frame w Rhinestones

"This is not a real old cameo brooch, but it s a very nice and well made piece in cornflower blue and white from the 1960s. The cameo is not shell or plastic; I believe it may be molded and dyed soap stone. The Victorian lady has a pulled up hair style and a string of pearls around her neck. The cameo is framed in antiqued silver filigree metal. There are small clear AB rhinestones around the frame and the flowers at the top and bottom have light blue and sapphire rhinestones. This is a medium to large pin that measures 2"" long x 1 1/2"" wide. The pin is in pristine like new condition and all of the rhinestone are original, present and sparkling. The pin has the original fine working safety clasp and is not signed."
