Celluloid Necklace Faceted Oriental Yellow Beads Vintage 1950s

"This vintage 1950s necklace is very appealing uncommon Oriental yellow. The old celluloid beads are unique shapes of rhondells, saucers, rounds, and elongated curves. The beads have sharp molded facets that creates a shimmering effect. All of these beads were hand strung and this necklace was tediously made on individual brass wire links. The necklace is in pristine condition and very clean with no greening to the brass links. The beads are very clean and shiny. The necklace is 46"" long and has the original old brass spring clasp and jump ring, both in fine condition. The round beads are 10 mm, the elongated curves are 20 mm long, and the rhondell sections are 15 mm long. The necklace is not signed but I'd venture to say it is probably vintage Japanese or Chinese. This Oriental yellow is a color you just don't see often."
