Copper Earrings Dangling Oak Leaves Vintage 1940s

"I truly admire old copper earrings that dangle because of the way in which they catch the light. These earrings are screw backs and date from the late 1940s or early 1950s. The molded oak leaf designs are fused to diamond shaped copper backs. The ear posts are domed buttons with a Ying-Yang design which I have only ever known to be made by a few designers such as Frank Rebajes and his brother Pedro Pujol, and Morley Crimi. Because these designers drew much of their inspiration from German coppersmiths, the earrings could also be German. The earrings are not signed but they are excellent high grade old solid copper. The earrings hang down 2 1/8"" long and are 7/8"" wide. Dont miss out on these super copper dangles because old copper dangling earrings are hard to find ! Excellent condition and lightly cleaned but retaining the original old patina. Only some minor polishing swirls from cleaning over time ~ no major imprefections."
