"This signed Renoir solid copper necklace is a rather uncommon find. This late 1940s or early 1950s Renoir boxy design was not mass produced like many other Renoir necklaces. This copper necklace is not big or bulky. It is elegant and light weight. The copper is bright and polished and the necklace is three strands of rectangular tube beads and round ball beads. The beads are all strung on solid copper chain; not cord or monofilament. The necklace is signed Renoir on the hook and the decorative strands are 10"" to 13"" long and hang in tiers. The necklace has the original copper extension chains and can be hooked anywhere between 15"" and 19"" long.The copper is in very excellent condition with no grime or greening. The necklace looks like new and appears to have never been worn. I have lightly polished every individual bead on the necklace for you. The copper has a clear Copron coating and under close inspection, you can see some fine swirl patterns in the clear coat from polishing, but there is no loss of clear coat. There are no dings, bends or pitting. One of the nice things about this necklace is that it will match with just about any copper earrings you choose to wear ! "
