"This vintage signed Crown Trifari Chandelier necklace is a huge chandelier made with clear root beer Lucite rounds. The necklace dates from the 1960's and the chandelier is 5"" long including the bail and is 2 1/2"" wide. Each Lucite bead has a slight oval shape and all are topped with gold leaf design caps. The gold is a bright yellow gold in both polished and beaded finishes. The 28"" chain is a very pretty polished yellow gold in a double barrel link design. The pendant is signed Crown Trifari on the back. All pieces are in mint condition with no wear and all are exceptionally clean as well. This necklace is a hard to fine piece. You can see this piece in purple Lucite and silver in Signed Beauties of Costume Jewelry by Marcia Brown on pg. 177. The necklace and earrings as a set has a current book value of $ 200. This is a great buy for the necklace alone !"
