"Magnificent Art Deco Crystal Necklace w rhinestone rhondells and pearls ~ breath taking opera necklace with diamond cut black glass crystals ~ large 1/2 "" faceted clear Austrian crystals that cast brilliant rainbows ~ rhinestone rhondells set in gold plate brass bezels ~ prong set rhinestone orbs in gold also 1/2"" ~ and two large satin champagne pearls. You simply couldn't dream of a better combination for evening wear, Christmas or New Years. This necklace has a perfect Art Deco style, but the ribbed gold ball insert type clasp leads me assume that this piece was made in the 1950's. It is not signed, but undoubtedly high end designer or made in Austria. Measures 36"" long and is in pristine condition with strong crystal facets, original and perfect rhinestones with none missing, minor wear to the pearls. A necklace for a life time of elegance ~"
