"This exclusive Elizabeth Taylor signed ring for Avon is called Gilded Age. Her line of jewelry with Avon began in 1993. The ring is a true beauty, like Liz herself, and the rose gold gilt finish looks like old Spanish gold. The ring is a prominent large setting and on both sides there are angels with their wings spread from the top to the bottom of the design. The large red glass stone is domed and lights up strongly in bright light. It is a very unusual type of red ribbon glass and you can see the feathering inside the glass in my photos. Most of these rings that were made were small - but this one is large as it is a size 7 1/2. The face of this ring is very large and weighty at 1"" tall x 7/8"" wide (to the outsides of the gold angels). The gold is perfect with no nicks or scratches and there is no wear on the ring band. The glass is in great condition but if you inspect it very closely, I do detect one very tiny scuff near the bezel, way down on the side of the glass. This Gilded Age ring has the Liz Taylor Logo on the inside of the band."
