"This sensational 1940's bright yellow daisy is a big, spectacular metal enameled pin from West Germany. What is very unique about this piece is the unusual metal yellow and black lady bug on the edge with three clear rhinestones ! The brooch also has a small green metal flower stem. This is a very large brooch at 3 1/4"" wide. It is not signed, but I am certain it was made in West Germany.The yellow enameled leaves have some medium edge wear and light wear in a few spots and the enamel is faintly crazed. The lady bug and the stem are perfect. Please look at my photos; they are very accurate. You might think about touching this piece up with yellow enamel paint, but I would advise against it. It would truly take away from the age of this piece. It has the original fine working safety clasp on the back and the whole piece is very clean."
