Ethnic African Lady Blackamoor Face Pin Red Black Enamel Vintage 1940s

"This petite lady face pin is a design that dates from the 1940-1950 era. IN the past 5 years, I have only seen 2 or 3 pins exactly like this one, and I have two of them. This lady has an ethnic style hat in red glossy enamels with rows of tiny rhinestone accents. Her face is painted black and her mouth and eyes are silver pot metal. She also has earrings that are small red rhinestones. The back of the pin is polished gold metal and the pin has the original fine working safety clasp. This petite little lady measures about 1 3/8"" tall x 1' wide. The red enamel is in excellent condition with no chips, cracks or crazing. The black enamel on the face has a little bit of light wear. All of the rhinestones are original, present and clear."
