"This signed Lisner medallion tassel necklace is a very uncommon Lisner find from the late 1960's or early 70's. Lisner did not make many necklaces that were medallion styles. They attempted to compete with the Monet and Trifari styles for a short time but Lisner soon found it was not what they wanted to do. This oval tear drop shape is slightly domed and was machine cut with ornate scrolls and beaded or pierced metal borders. It is a very nice quality piece. The 6 long and slender silver metal tassel tubes are solid, not hollow, and are machine etched as well. The pendant is signed Lisner with the copyright. The etched silver chain is original to the pendant and is 24"" long. The pendant with the tassels is 4"" long x 1 3/4"" wide. The pendant and chain are in pristine unworn condition and very clean as well. Lisner jewelry is highly collectible, and uncommon necklaces like this one are a special treat ! "
