"Elegant and unique, these chandelier sterling and marcasite earrings are a style you will always love to wear. The style mimics antique earrings from the Victorian period and although these earrings are not that old, they do date from the late 1970s. The tear drop pendant and the square ear posts are paved in excellent quality faceted Marcasite stones. The earrings are for pierced ears and are solid sterling silver; both are signed 925. The sterling has a slight patina from age, and the earrings have only been cleaned with a jewelers polishing cloth. Both earrings are in pristine condition with no missing or imperfect stones. The earrings measure 2 1/8"" long x 3/4"" wide at the tops. A very elegant and timeless design !"
