"This wild and crazy large owl necklace dates from the 1960s and is signed Alan. The owl is painted in shimmering satin colors of purple, lavender, pink, and turquoise. The owl was made in three independent sections giving the owl a lot of movement and swing. The eyes really catch your attention because they are plain silver metal. The owl is a whopper at 4 1/2"" long x 2"" wide. The original white enamel chain is 31"" long, but it can be shortened if you like. The chain and the owl are both in perfect condition with no signs of wear and no missing or faded enamels. Both pieces are perfectly clean as well. "
