"This wild vintage dangling earrings are made of abalone shell in a color that is rather uncommon to abalone - PINK! The shell has the characteristic marbleized blue and green, purple and gold interior shell colors, but the overall base color is pearly pink ! The abalone shells are top choice ! Behind the abalone round disks are also round hoops made of mother of pearl ! The earrings are for pierced ears and are exceptionally well made. They are in like new condition but they date from the late 1970s or early 1980s. The shells are perfect in every way and the gold ear wires are perfect as well. The earrings were most likely made in the Philippines but are not signed. They round disks are 1 3/8"" wide ( about the size of a US silver dollar) and the earrings hang down 3 1/2"" long from your ear."
