"These earrings are from the 1950's, made of pewter pot metal in an irregular squared wave shape with a Picasso like motif in raised relief. The teal, bright green and silver metallic enamels have a glistening satin sheen. This pair of earrings were clips backs that I converted to posts for pierced ears. They are a great representation of 50's Arts & Crafts design and are 1 1/8"" square. They are an unusal comment on the Matisse Renoir Earrings, as no 50's earrings Ive ever seen have an unusual satin finish like these."
