"This very interesting milk glass necklace dates from the 1950s and has unique flat wafered beads ! The wafers are slightly smaller than a US dime, and are spaced with 4mm round milk glass beads. The wafers are 1/2"" wide to be exact. This is a very long necklace at 48"". The entire strand is in mint, pristine like new condition. All of the beads have a high gloss shine, are bright white and in perfect shape.The necklace is strung on double strength white silk cotton cord and has the original 1950s brass spring clasp and brass jump ring. The necklace is not signed but I would attribute these unusual beads to the Czech or Bohemian region. "
