"This tastefully elegant vintage 1940s flower brooch is a chandelier or dangling pendant design reminiscent of Victorian brooches. This brooch is a great quality piece and is signed Crown Trifari. The coral pink glass tulip flowers are mold blown opaque glass from Gripoix France. The petals are thick and heavy and each petal is framed in heavy silver metal. An old fashioned silver metal bead graces the center and the whole design has a total of 10 coral pink glass petals, each measuring about 5/8"" long. Overall, the brooch is 3"" long x 1 1/4"" wide. The brooch is in pristine condition and I bet it has never been worn. There are no signs of age or wear. All the glass petals are crisp and are free of scratches or chips. The entire piece is very clean. The silver retains the original old patina. The brooch has the original fine working safety clasp, and an old Crown Trifari hallmark that dates from the 1940s. The construction of this passionate pink flower is exceptional ~ truly a great collectors piece ! It is the perfect bridal piece as a gift, or to to wear on an outfit when your leave on your honeymoon ! "
