The unique design has a slotted cutting surface on top allowing for crumbs to drop to the bottom tray. Since the top of the cutting board is immobilized on either side, there's no problems with the two pieces sliding apart as with other crumb boards. Perfect for cutting and serving bread at the table.

When you are ready to clean simply turn the board upside down in the sink - out pours the crumbs.

HAnd wash with warm soapy water.
