Good product, poor service.
I sent two emails to the merchant about issues with the order (slow delivery after paying extra for expedited delivery and the wrong part being sent with the main order). I have yet to get a response almost 2 weeks since I last tried to contact them. I am happy with the product, but this is the worst customer service I have seen in a long time. Too many other places to purchase the product to deal with poor service.

Pros: Nice product.
Cons: Poor service. Poor delivery.

Do Not Purchase From this Company!
I have purchased several phones from this company. I feel they sell cheaply made phones and will not stand behind their product!! Every phone I have purchased and that is over 7 have had problems. I finally learned my lesson for the last time!! NO customer service help, no one speaks clear english very hard to understand! You get what you pay for and in a cell phone I would recommend buying a name brand not a knock off.

Pros: Nothing in my eyes, just a real pain that has costed me tons of cash!!
Cons: You name it I don't like it, Shipping was bad, billing was bad, phone quality was bad, customer service was bad. Don't buy!!
