Advanced Lamps was very helpful and attentive - there was a human to answer the phone to boot! The shipping charges we low and the actually shipped the product when I ordered it. It looks identical to the part I took out of my projector and it was nearly half the price of the other ones I could find. My husband is happy watching the games again!

Pros: Human to talk to - not a recording. Price was the best we could fine. Shipping was fast (and packaged extremely good!). Customer Service was very helpful. Overall good shopping experience!

I was looking for a DLP tv for my living room and my son did a ton of reviewing for us. He found the best bang for the buck at a local retail store and then went online to find a better price. He came back with two stores that had the TV at virtually the same price. The difference was shipping. Advanced Lamps didnt charge for shipping, it was removed from my order as advertised and the shipping was free! The other place wanted $150 because it came by freight, understandable, but we went with the free shipping. I called in to place the order because it was a large purchase and I wanted to make sure it was done right, the guy that helped me out verified everything that my son and I though about the TV and assured me the shipping was free and there would be no additional fees or taxes. He let me know they had plenty in stock and could get it out the door the same day. Let me tell you my surprise when the truck pulled up to my house the NEXT DAY. We have the TV set up and the games are AMAZING! Thank you Rob for all of your help and the perfection you displayed in helping to fill our order. I cant say enough!

I ordered a compatible lamp for my Sony TV and thought it was only the lamp from the price. When I got it it was a Philips lamp inside a brand new cartridge! It is the same as the one that come with my TV! I will be back next time and my brother has the same TV and I will tell him about you!

Mission Critical - Ohio State Game
Mission Critical - Ohio State Game - I have a bar with 4 projectors. Just in time for the games to start - one lamp died - I installed all of them at the same time, and use them all the same amount of time - so they are ALL GOING right at the worst time of the year! I found Advanced here and took a shot. I need these the next day before business started. They had them here the following morning without hitch! I cant explain my relief. The patrons would have gone crazy! You have my next order
