Our New York Cheesecake is baked on top of a chocolate cookie crumb crust, then we sprinkle the cheesecake batter with tiny morsels of dark chocolate chips, then we add bite sized toasted pecan pieces, and last we float five ounces of fine caramel on the top... a potent combination. Available in 1.5lb - 8 slice, or 3.75lb - 16 slice.
