Horrible customer service
This is a horrible site. Don't bother saving a dollar. Your order will be "re-scheduled" to ship. Obviously this is either a laughably small operation or they're lying. Steer clear!

Pros: None
Cons: Everything, horrible website, slow email response time (if any), no phone support.
