Directions

Shake well. As a dietary supplement, take 1 serving (8 ml) up to twice daily with 20 oz of water, approximately 30 minutes before meals and/or exercise. Read the entire label before use and follow directions. Do not exceed 2 servings per day or 4 weeks continuous use. Do not consume within 4 hours prior to sleep. For best results, consume at least 1 g of protein per pound of bodyweight.
