Imagine you are in a room with your closest friends. While dressed for comfort, a 6’ pink boa cascades down your body, a sequined newsboy cap is perched on your head and a pair of 4” spiked heels adorn your feet.

Laughter and encouragement fill the air. The strobe lights come up and the music begins. This is it!! You are ready to put together all that you have learned in the past 2 hours. It’s your Grand Finale!

Your right hand arches above your head to caress a 2” piece of steel, your left hand rests on your hip as you move around the dance pole. You feel Strong, Sensual & Sexy presenting your dance routine.

For your final move: your right hand grasps the pole high above your head, your left hand crosses your body and grasps the pole, you step in toward the pole while your outside leg arches out and up to the pole.
