I recently purchased a phone from CECTonline.com, the phone I recieved does not have the features listed in the ad. It also has some malfunction with the clock, and I found a recording stored on it, that by the nature of it, couldn't have come from the factory like that (it was dated 08/12/2008). This is supposed to be a new phone. The "bonus" dvd to help you set up the phone lacked complete instructions to set up the T-mobile mms. So lets just say it had many, many issues.
I tried for a week to contact them via email. They would not respond. I sent about 10 emails total. I finally had to file a complaint through Paypal. ---which I would like to mention the message CECTonline.com has posted when you go to the Paypal screen to file your complaint, stresses how they insist that you contact them first before you file a complaint with Paypay, it reads like a veiled threat. BUT they will never respond when you try to contact them--- I just got instructions from Paypal to return the phone. I hope they will now make this right. I would urge anyone looking at this type of phone to buy through Ebay and pay with Paypal so you have some recourse, if it isn't delievered as advertised.

We are the only Distributor in North America that offers the bonus DVD a 1 year warranty with actual instructions on how to use the warranty if you have any problems with the CECT phones we do carry.
