If I had to compare this to previous online purchases this was definitely one of the easiest. The customer service representative was courteous and professional and knowledgeable. The price was the lowest price I found on the web, plus they offered economic shipping and best of all no tax. We placed our order online and it was very easy. We received our order confirmation just a few minutes after we placed the order. The very next day we received a shipping confirmation with a tracking number so track our order along the way. Our order arrived in a few days and the replacement bulb worked perfectly. When it delivered in was in perfect shape. The picture on the television looks great, like new. All of the rep were able to provide answers to all my questions. i enjoyed each one of their personalities. I placed my own order which was very easy and cheap.

I ordered a 42" Pioneer Pro Elite Plasma TV over the phone on a Friday and the TV was delivered the following Thursday. It doesn't get any easier than this transaction.
