I ordered a clog that was said to be instock, found out two weeks later that it was backordered, 2 months later, when it was due to ship, I was told it was out again, for at least another month. The customer service attendant I spoke with (his name was Jeff) actually started yelling at me, calling me a liar when I asked for a refund. I see the address is NY, so maybe that accounts for the gruff demeanor, or maybe he was having a bad day, but being a business owner myself, I was shocked and embarrassed for him. We will not use this site again. It's not worth waiting and not knowing and then being humiliated.
Pros: appeared to be the only supplier with this particular Dansko available.

I have ordered Dansko Clogs from this retailer a few times. Their prices are always the lowest. They offer free shipping and they send a free shoe polish as well. Whenever I have called, I have received truly the best customer service, not one of these random reps from the bigger shoe sites, but always a real shoe expert. They have a retail store and that makes all the difference, especially if you have foot problems like I do because they actually have experience with real live customers. So I would highly recommend this retailer to anyone.

I ordered shoes and waited several days to receive them. They did not have them in stock and I wasted a week waiting in vain for them to ship. Do not assume anything with these folks. Make sure they have your things in stock before you order. Their website apparently does not check that for you as many other sites do. I will not use them again. Be aware.
