No communication, no response. They take your money and then silence. Wrote them several times after not hearing anything for a week while anxiously anticipating item for use as a Christmas gift. Silence. Fortunately used PayPal and after Christmas lodged a dispute with PayPal. Would you be comfortable with an internet seller having your money for 4 weeks, not responding to your e-mails and your money having gone into the account of an "Anna K*******" - not even a business account?
