I had placed a large order of rawhide bones (8 packs). Needless to say purchasing 8 helps to lower shipping costs per pack. After placing my order I realized that the items were being shipped via UPS. I called them to let them know to adjust the shipping address as they will not ship to PO BOXES. Julie, in sales was very kind and said she could adjust the address. She said I would receive a new shipping confirmation. I received a shipping confirmation and all seemed okay. Today I received my package today via USPS and only 1 arrived and nothing about the other 7. I reread the shipping e-mail and it was to say that I could only receive 1 of 7 as it was discontinued......WHY WOULD THEY LET ME PUT 8 IN THE SHOPPING CART IF THEY ONLY HAD 1 !?!?! WHY WOULD THEY NOT LET ME KNOW WHEN I CALLED?!?! I have now paid $4 shipping on a single $6/item, which is ridiculous.

I can hardley tell how excited I was when I received the following merchandise two cat bowls, cat toy and a new kitty litter box. I just love everything and I got it so fast. Your company is great and so nice in regards to handling things and letting me know if the item had changed and if I did'nt mind the other color so caring. I will continue to do business with your comany I just love the special service. I am one happy camper!!!

They sent me STALE DOG TREATS that were going to EXPIRE IN LESS THAN 2 WEEKS! On my order I sent a note asking for the freshest dog treats with the longest expiration date only because my dog is a tiny Chihuahua & it takes him forever to finish a bag.
Pros: NONE
Cons: They sent me old STALE DOG TREATS that were about to expire in less than 2 weeks when I asked for the freshest & longest expiration dates only. When I asked for them to send me a box to send them back in, they said that I MUST PAY TO SHIP THEM BACK.

Customer purchased from our sales page at a very reduced price. Treats were in date by 30 days when purchased and not stale. Expiration dates were clearly stated on the detail page and items were clearly marked "reduced for quick sale".
