Product returns - Returns will be accepted for up to 30 days. Our greedy doorman told us that in order to make sure our doors stay open at this time refunds can only be issued in the form of store credit, unless otherwise stated.
Item must be in new condition with all original tags, even if you wore it for just one night. No alcohol or puke stains!!
If an item goes on sale within 12 days of the order ship date refunds will be issues at the presale rate. If it has been more then 12 days you will be refunded at the sale price.
To initiate a return please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with "RETURN" in the subject line and a copy of your receipt and order number in the body. We will then send you a prepaid return shipping label. If you can not locate your receipt please call (720)60-TURNT (8-8768) and we will try to locate it for you. If we are unable to locate it, unfortunately we can not issue you a return =( Returns will not be accepted unless you receive a prepaid return shipping label from us. We love our threads…. but not that much.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. In the mean time, keep partying!
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your returned product to reach us, may vary.
We may replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at Support@turnupgear.com with "EXCHANGE" in the subject line (be sure to include a basic explanation) or call (720)60-TURNT (8-8768)
